Noosa and Noosa Heads are popular resort towns at the northern edge of the Sunshine Coast
north of Brisbane.
During the 1970's and 80s Noosa Heads developed as one of Australia's premier resorts and today is
internationally renowned for its blend of tropical rainforest, wilderness areas, pristine beaches,
fashionable boulevard and unique casual lifestyle and atmosphere. Nearby attractions include the Noosa National Park which surrounds the southern perimeter of Noosa Heads, and contains abundant wildlife including koalas, superb beaches with golden sands, inland waterways and canals, and the Noosa River and lakes area. Ferries and launches ply the waterways offering plenty of opportunity to explore the town from river and sea, while Hastings Street runs adjacent to the beach and is renowned for its boutique shops, many restaurants and cafes, and its tree lined appearance. Noosa heads is now an internationally recognised resort area offering a superb range of accommodation and facilities with year round temperate weather. Of a night, Hastings Street resemble a glow worm cave as candles flicker from the many restaurants and cafes along its length. Soft lighting, abundant trees, hundreds of holiday makers, and warm days and nights create an atmosphere not found elsewhere. A visit to Noosa is a memory to cherish.
