Bundjalung National Park is situated 50 km south of Ballina or 65km north of Grafton, off the Pacific Highway near Evans Head.
With its 38 km stretch of coastline which includes the famous Ten Mile Beach and other secluded beaches, serene lakes and the wild coastal River Esk, Bundjalung is a popular place for fishing and surfing.
In spring the park comes alive with a large array of birds and colourful, native flowers in its miles of coastal heathland and misty rainforest.
4WD beach access is available from Shark Bay to Black Rocks and camping facilities are close by.
There is a small vehicle entry fee into Bundjalung National Park per day.
